Our boutique celebrant training school, Heart-led Celebrants, is founded on our bespoke teaching. That is, when you come to us, the curriculum is tailored to you and your learning style. We teach on a one-to-one basis so you have our undivided attention not only during the initial face-to-face days, but in the follow-up weekly modules of independent learning and work, and in the years that follow certification with our seven-day-a-week tutor support.

Each student has a choice about whether they travel to Cumbria to train with us in our home (this doesn’t include accommodation) or to have their sessions with us via Zoom calls. Either way, the in-depth training is the most comprehensive you’ll find in Europe. Based on Veronika Robinson’s 30+ years as a working celebrant, and Paul’s more than five decades working with his and other people’s voices, you simply won’t find another training school with such credentials.

Who Trains With Us?
Our students come to us from around the world: New Zealand, Australia, Mauritius, Canada, America, Spain, Germany, Austria, Scotland, Wales, England, Ireland and more. They represent all walks of life and come from diverse career backgrounds.
What our certified Heart-led Celebrants share in common is a desire to bring their best self to each family they serve. They are dedicated, disciplined, creative, kind and empathic. Our youngest student was in her early twenties and our oldest was in her seventies (and years later is still going strong as a working celebrant).
Our celebrant-training school is unique. Other celebrant organisations “try” to copy us. They don’t have the background to offer legitimate wisdom, decades of real celebrant experience, and comprehensive resources (based on officiating thousands of ceremonies, across all rites of passage) without resorting to imitation.
Our training is holistic and this can’t be replicated.
Veronika Robinson and Paul Robinson are a husband and wife team whose boutique celebrant training school Heart-led Celebrants attracts people from around the world. Heart-led Celebrants has earned a reputation for excellence in celebrant training, and those who are certified exemplify the highest standards in the industry.
Veronika is the author of many books including the popular Celebrant Collection: Write That Eulogy; The Successful Celebrant; Funeral Celebrant Ceremony Planner; Wedding Celebrant Ceremony Planner; The Discrimination-free Celebrant; The Five Elements. She earned her Masters Degree in Creative Writing from University of Cumbria. Veronika mentors celebrants (not just those who’ve trained with her) from all around the world, and also runs celebrant retreats.
Award-winning voice artist, Paul Robinson, has had a whole career centred around his voice and other people’s. He’s highly experienced as a celebrant, trained actor, drama coach, voice-over artist, singer, broadcaster, compère, and ventriloquist. Paul is an excellent communicator and teacher, and has a sixth sense about how to relate to individuals, groups and audiences.
