Sophie Urquhart

Sophie Urquhart is a fully trained celebrant and former registrar based in Pocklington, near York.

She conducts ceremonies across Yorkshire, but is willing to travel further afield.

With a background working as a registrar, she proudly completed her enjoyable training at Heart-led Ceremonies with distinction. Sophie really enjoys the exciting opportunities when working as a celebrant, writing and conducting your bespoke ceremony and making it everything you want it to be.

Sophie is also available to officiate for a simple service in memory of your beloved pet; saying farewell and helping you to deal with the loss and pain.

With many years’ singing nationally as a soprano, she can also sing a song of your choice at your wedding, or perhaps lead the singing of a favourite hymn at a funeral.
